Formation of CEMCOT |

| CEMCOT was formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) incorporated as a not for profit company, registered under the Companies Act,1956 on 15th July, 2008 in Chennai. CEMCOT was formed by the following six Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) in Tamailnadu with the avowed object of implementing certain infrastructure projects, namely, establishment, operation and maintenance of ZLD systems under Indian Leather Development Project (ILDP) Scheme of Depatment of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), GOI and Govt of Tamilnadu:- |
